The seventh International Rail Forum & Conference IRFC 2022 will be taking place in Prague
on 5th to 7th October, 2022 with the central theme “Let’s Build a New Generation of Railway Together”. The conference has received an Office of the Government of the Czech Republic patronage in connection with the Czech presidency of the Council of the EU in 2022 and was selected to be included into the calendar of accompanying events of the Czech presidency. The organizer of this important event is OLTIS Group.
Working together with EU institutions was key in preparation of the conference. Therefore, the organizer greatly appreciates this excellent cooperation, namely with the European Commission, European Parliament, European Union Agency for Railways (ERA) and EUROPE’s Rail JU. This cooperation has helped in forming an interesting and diverse programme with distinguished speakers.
Visitors of the conference can expect five expert and technical sessions they can attend. The sessions are focused on the most important areas for the rail sector – from strategic, technical, research and innovation, and infrastructure points of view. Each session includes a moderated discussion at the end. On the last day there is going to be the opportunity to attend an interesting technical visit as well. Every participant can therefore expect a rich programme presented by high level experts, and the chance to meet notable representatives from the rail sector of Czechia and the EU.
The conference programme brings new and up-to-date information from the rail sector in an international context. IRFC 2022 is going to host not only representatives of major institutions from all over Europe and the expert community, but also top managers and experts from the rail sector and logistics.
